Nay: The original Flexitarian: Jefferson’s garden vegetables made up the bulk of his diet and he ate meat only “as a condiment.”
Fun Fact: Jefferson returned from France with a healthy case of oenophilia. He was considered a wine connoisseur among his peers and acted as sommelier for executive functions.
